Thanks for coming in this most unusual year. It all may seem fitting given that video game law often appears to be a most unusual subject. But perhaps what’s most unusual about video games is how usual they have in fact become in our lives and across our devices. All the more so during COVID…check out the first link below.
On top of it all is the strangeness of how this unique time feels like the “global pandemic level’ of some dystopian sci-fi adventure game set in the “not too distant future”. All of which is to say that we have lots to talk about and explore. All that without even mentioning the massive video game company going after Apple and it’s app store on anti-trust grounds. Or the next generation of consoles arriving soon. Or…or…
